Publication Procedure
International Journal of Modern Trends and Emerging Research
Step 1: Manuscript Submission
Authors should submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system or the official submission email. All submissions must comply with the journal's author guidelines and manuscript preparation requirements.
Step 2: Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial office conducts a preliminary assessment to ensure that the manuscript falls within the journal's scope, follows the submission guidelines, and meets basic standards of quality, originality, and publication ethics.
Step 3: Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts are sent for a double-blind peer review by independent experts in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript for originality, scientific quality, methodology, significance, and overall contribution to the discipline.
Step 4: Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief or handling editor will make one of the following decisions:
- Accept
- Accept with Minor Revisions
- Major Revisions Required
- Reject
The final decision is communicated to the corresponding author along with the reviewers' comments, where applicable.
Step 5: Revision
If revisions are requested, authors should submit a revised manuscript addressing the reviewers' comments within the specified timeframe. The revised manuscript may undergo further review if necessary.
Step 6: Acceptance
Once the manuscript satisfies the editorial and peer review requirements, an official acceptance notification is issued to the corresponding author.
Step 7: Article Processing
After acceptance, the manuscript undergoes copyediting, formatting, proofreading, metadata preparation, and final quality checks before publication.
Step 8: Publication
The final version of the article is published online in the appropriate issue of the International Journal of Modern Trends and Emerging Research and becomes part of the permanent scholarly record.
