Conflict of Interest Policy

The International Journal of Modern Trends and Emerging Research is committed to ensuring transparency, fairness, and integrity throughout the publication process. All authors, reviewers, editors, and Editorial Board members are expected to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that could influence the evaluation, interpretation, or publication of scholarly work.

Authors

Authors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, personal, or other relationships that may be perceived to influence the research or its interpretation. Sources of funding and any relevant affiliations should be clearly stated in the manuscript. If no conflict of interest exists, authors should include the statement: "The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest."

Reviewers

Reviewers should decline to review a manuscript if they have any conflict of interest arising from personal relationships, academic collaboration, institutional affiliation, financial interests, or professional competition with the authors. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and evaluate manuscripts objectively and impartially.

Editors

Editors must make editorial decisions solely on the academic merit of the manuscript. Editors who have a conflict of interest with a submission must recuse themselves from handling the manuscript, and the editorial responsibility will be assigned to another qualified editor.

Editorial Board Members

Editorial Board members are expected to disclose any conflicts of interest that could affect their editorial responsibilities. They should avoid participating in decisions involving manuscripts where an actual or perceived conflict exists.

Disclosure and Management

All disclosed conflicts of interest will be assessed by the editorial office. Where necessary, appropriate measures may be taken to ensure an impartial editorial and peer review process, including the appointment of alternative editors or reviewers.

Failure to Disclose

Failure to disclose a relevant conflict of interest may result in editorial action, including manuscript rejection, publication of a correction, or article retraction where appropriate.
